Screen Rooms in Carmi
Our screen rooms are aluminum framing with screen from the deck up. Most customers add the 18 inch kick panel so dogs and lawn chairs do not put a hole in the bottom. Cranbrook Three Season Enclosures
For glass instead of screen, our Cranbrook enclosure runs on a sliding glass and screen panel system, so the room opens in May and closes in November. Options include tempered upper and lower transoms, kick panel, glass knee wall and insulated wall. Fully optioned, that is the Deluxe configuration. It is a glass enclosure rather than a heated addition, and we do not build four season rooms. See three season sunrooms.
Patio Covers
We build insulated covers on a 3 inch insulated panel, using roof panels from Crest Aluminum, along with non insulated covers, awnings, posts and overhead supports. We also reskin existing covers and tear off and replace covers that leak or sag. See patio covers.
Storm Windows, Storm Doors and Rescreening
Carmi has plenty of older housing stock where nothing is a stock size. We build custom storm windows and storm doors to your measurements, plus French storm doors, screen doors and replacement windows, and we supply bug and glass inserts. Can you rescreen a room another company built?
Yes. Rescreens and new screen cloth are regular work for us, no matter who built the room.
Can I use a three season room in winter?
It is a glass enclosure, not a heated addition. It stretches your season on both ends, but we do not build or sell it as a four season room.

It is a working aluminum shop rather than a sales floor, which means you can see framing, screen, glass panels and insulated roof deck in person and handle the actual materials before you decide anything.
