From Covered Patio to Enclosed Living Space
This Evansville homeowner wanted to turn an existing covered patio into a more comfortable, usable outdoor living space.
All Weather Products measured the existing opening, custom fabricated the enclosure at our Evansville facility and installed a three-season sunroom designed specifically for the home's existing structure.
The finished enclosure features custom-fit aluminum framing, large window openings for natural light and ventilation, and a clean black finish that complements the home's exterior.

Small patio or large covered outdoor area, the enclosure needs to fit the structure that's already there.
For this Elberfeld project, All Weather Products field-measured a large existing covered patio before fabricating the enclosure components for the home.
The main opening spans approximately 31 feet 9 inches, demonstrating how locally fabricated systems can be configured for substantially larger outdoor spaces.

1 — IN-HOME CONSULTATION & MEASUREMENT
We start at your home. Our team evaluates the space, existing structure, roofline, slab and dimensions. We'll discuss how you want to use the room and determine an appropriate configuration for your property.
2 — CUSTOM DESIGN & QUOTE
We determine the framing, windows, doors, roof components and other materials required for your project and prepare your quote.
3 — LOCAL FABRICATION
Once your project moves into production, components are prepared and fabricated at our Evansville facility according to the project's measurements and specifications.
4 — PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
When the components are ready, installation is scheduled. The enclosure is assembled and fitted to the existing structure.
5 — FINAL WALKTHROUGH
After installation, we inspect the completed project and make sure the homeowner understands the operation and features of the new room.
