Limited Lifetime Warranty
1. Warranty Type
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is issued by A Weather Products LLC, dba All Weather Products ("Company") and applies only to the original purchaser.
This warranty is non-transferable.
"Lifetime" is defined as the period during which the original purchaser owns and occupies the property as their primary residence.
This warranty applies only to installations completed on or after the date listed on the Customer Acknowledgment Form.
2. Warranty Structure
This warranty includes two types of coverage:
Installed Projects (Full System Warranty) — Applies when the Company supplies and installs the product.
Material-Only Purchases — Applies when materials are sold without installation.
3. Coverage Summary
Normal wear and tear is not covered under any section or coverage period under any circumstance.
Workmanship & Installation — Defects in installation (parts + labor) — 1 Year
Aluminum Structural Frame — Structural integrity (parts only after Year 1) — Lifetime*
Finish & Coating — Peeling / adhesion defects only — 10 Years
Screen Material — UV fading only — 5 Years
Insulated Roof Panels — Manufacturing defects (delamination, crazing, cracking, peeling, blistering) — 10 Years
*Lifetime = original purchaser ownership as primary residence only. Coverage ends upon sale, transfer, rental, or vacation of property.
Insulated roof panel coverage is parts only and runs from the date listed on the Customer Acknowledgment Form. Finish and coating defects on insulated roof panels are governed by this section rather than the Finish & Coating coverage above. No repair may be performed on a roof panel defect until the Company has authorized the claim in writing. Repairs performed before authorization void coverage on the affected panel.
Section A — Installed Project Warranty
4. What Is Covered
The Company warrants that installed systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the coverage periods and exclusions stated in this warranty.
5. Workmanship Warranty
Covered for one (1) year from the date of completion, including parts and labor. After one (1) year:
Labor is not included
Material defects may be covered per Section 3
Service charges may apply per Section 6
6. Service Policy
After the first year, service visits may be subject to a standard service fee. The current service fee is listed on the Customer Acknowledgment Form provided at the time of sale. Fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome and must be paid prior to scheduling.
7. Caulking & Sealant
Caulking and sealants are covered for one (1) year from the date of installation only. After one (1) year:
Maintenance and replacement of all caulking and sealant seams is the homeowner's sole responsibility
Water intrusion, leaks, or resulting damage due to sealant failure after Year 1 is not covered
Section B — Material-Only Warranty (Including Pickup)
8. Acceptance of Materials
All materials are considered inspected and accepted in good condition at the time of pickup or delivery. Upon pickup or delivery, full responsibility transfers to the purchaser including transportation, handling, storage, installation, and final system performance.
9. Limited Material Warranty
The Company warrants only that materials are free from manufacturing defects at the time of pickup or delivery. This warranty applies only if material is unused, unmodified, and the defect is inherent to manufacturing.
10. No Installation Warranty
The Company provides no warranty or responsibility of any kind for installation performed by others, contractor workmanship, structural or system performance, water intrusion or leaks, or code compliance and design. Any issue related to third-party installation or use is not covered under any circumstance.
11. Material Exclusions
No coverage for:
Damage occurring after pickup or delivery
Materials that have been cut, drilled, or modified in any way
Damage from improper handling, transport, storage, or installation
Use of materials outside their intended purpose
12. Material Remedy
If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, the Company will, at its sole discretion, replace the defective material or issue a credit equal to the original purchase price. No labor costs, installation costs, or additional damages are covered.
Section C — General Terms (All Projects)
13. Exclusions
The following are excluded from all coverage under any circumstance:
Normal wear and tear of any kind, regardless of coverage period
Cosmetic changes including fading, chalking, surface oxidation, and scratches
Weather events including wind, hail, tornado, flood, fire, earthquake, and lightning
Structural movement, soil settling, or ground shifting
Misuse, abuse, neglect, or use beyond intended residential purpose
Modifications or alterations made after installation by anyone other than the Company
Third-party components not supplied by the Company
Screen damage from impact, animals, debris, or any physical cause
Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind
14. Use Limitation
This warranty applies only to owner-occupied primary residential properties. Coverage ends immediately and permanently if the property is sold or transferred, rented, leased, or used as an Airbnb or short-term rental of any kind, used for any commercial purpose, or if the original purchaser no longer occupies the property as their primary residence.
Use of this property as a rental, Airbnb, VRBO, or for any commercial purpose — even temporarily — voids this warranty in its entirety.
15. Maintenance Requirements
The homeowner is responsible for performing reasonable routine maintenance annually, including:
Cleaning all frames, tracks, and channels with mild soap and water
Lubricating all moving parts, hinges, and sliding hardware
Inspecting and re-caulking all sealant seams
Cleaning and clearing all gutters on patio tops and roofing panels
Inspecting screens for fading, tears, or loose framing
Claims may be denied only where lack of maintenance is a direct contributing cause of the reported defect.
16. Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, contact the Company via the email address listed on our website. Include photos clearly showing the defect, a written description of the issue and when it was first noticed, and confirmation that required annual maintenance has been performed. On-site inspection may be required.
17. Response Time
Claims acknowledged within 3 business days of receipt
Scheduling contact within 10 business days of claim approval
Approved repairs completed within 90 days of scheduled repair date, subject to scheduling, weather, and material availability
18. Prior Installations
This warranty applies only to installations completed on or after the date listed on the Customer Acknowledgment Form. No warranty rights are created retroactively.
19. Limitation of Liability
Total liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price. The Company is not responsible for third-party labor, installation costs not performed by the Company, property damage beyond the immediate product, loss of use, delays, inconvenience, or consequential or incidental damages of any kind.
20. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Jurisdiction and venue: Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
21. Exclusive Warranty
This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Company. No oral statements or modifications are valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of A Weather Products LLC.
IMPLIED WARRANTY NOTICE: Any implied warranties on this product are limited in duration to the applicable coverage period of this written warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranty duration, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
